• Successfully managed the acquisition of Granite and Quartz mine in Canada for an Indian Corporate.
• Auditing (Internal and external) of various types of Government corporations, private companies, Banks and dealing with Statutory Auditors in various currencies, platforms including GAAPs, IFRS, etc. Audited more than 500 branches of Public Sector Banks in India.
• Was instrumental in bringing down the cost of ‘Tablet Computer’ which was launched as the cheapest tablet in the world.
• Project Financing and credit appraisals for Financial Institutions like Public Sector Banks, State and Central Financial Institutions. Mobilised more than $600 million in 8 years.
• Effective management of receivables with reduction in Days Sales outstanding from 150 days to less than 80 days.
• Set up of cost effective and efficient accounting and reporting multi currency accounting system for all Group companies in Canada, UK, USA and India.
• Effectively turned the NPA(non performing assets) to normal account by converting the NFB (non fund based) banking limits to generate funds by using the normal banking instruments like LC’s, BG and SBLC.
