Hello! I’m Himanshu Tayal
Senior Finance professional with around 35 years’ plus experience across different industries- manufacturing, marketing, mining, retail and IT.
My areas of experience are in managing the Finance, Accounts and Audit function covering the entire spectrum of –
Strategic Planning, financial forecasting, Budgeting, project planning and implementation, financial & working capital management, treasury, taxation, conceptualizing and implementing financial and operational process, managing outsourced accounting activities as per IGAAP and USGAAP, Audits, MIS for profit monitoring, implementation and evaluation of internal financial controls and liaising with Statutory/other authorities.
I graduated with a Commerce Degree and a Fellow Chartered Accountant from India.(qualified in 1986). I am also a Fellow Member of the Association of International Accountants of UK as well as at level 4 of the Chartered Accountancy in Canada.
